By creating an account or using PostPub in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and agree to these Terms, and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.
PostPub is a content publishing platform that helps users convert, repurpose, and distribute content across multiple channels and CMS platforms. We provide tools for content transformation, social media scheduling, SEO analysis, and distribution management.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. PostPub is not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
You may not share your account with others or create accounts for the purpose of abuse or circumventing usage limits.
You agree not to use PostPub to:
You retain full ownership of all content you create and publish through PostPub. By using the service, you grant PostPub a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your content and will not sell, share, or use it for any purpose other than operating the service.
PostPub integrates with third-party services including WordPress, Webflow, Ghost, HubSpot, Shopify, Medium, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Beehiiv. Your use of these integrations is subject to each platform's own terms of service. PostPub is not responsible for the actions, availability, or policies of these third-party platforms.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. PostPub may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
PostPub uses AI to assist with content transformation and generation. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. We make no warranties about the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostPub and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of PostPub after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
