Word documents (.docx), Markdown (.md), plain text, HTML, and Google Docs (public docs via URL, or private docs downloaded as .docx). Paste-in from clipboard also works.

PostPub uses WordPress Application Passwords — a built-in WordPress feature that doesn't require a plugin. Create a password in WP Admin → Users → Profile, paste it into your PostPub workspace once, and that's it. Posts publish as drafts so you always have a final review before anything goes live.

CMS credentials (WordPress app passwords, API tokens) are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being stored and never transmitted in plaintext. Your converted content exists only in your drafts — which you control and can delete at any time. We don't use your content to train AI models.

One convert = one AI conversion run (turning a doc into a blog post, or running the repurpose, internal links, or expand features). Publishing to your CMS is free and unlimited — it doesn't consume a convert. Converts reset on the 1st of each month.

Studio (5 seats) and Agency (unlimited seats) plans support team members. Each member gets their own login and shares the workspace's CMS connections and convert quota. The Free and Solo plans are single-user.
